Do you have between 5 and 50 FTE employees? What's an FTE?
A full time employee is someone who works an average of at least 30 hours per week for more than 120 days in a year. An employee is on a company’s payroll and receives wages and benefits. Employees must be reported on the businesses UI-5 form.
Have you had taken previous cybersecurity measures (other than standard anti-virus software)?
The fine print: Are you a Montana-based business? In business more than a year? Pay your taxes and in good Federal standing? For profit? Not a canabis business?
Only 1 reimbursement request is allowed. If you have other cybersecurity purchases to reimburse, combine them in this application. Requests must be submitted before funds run out or by April 30, 2024.
The process is straightforward and reimbursements have been timely.
Note that cybersecurity insurance premiums are not eligible for reimbursement. Please review the definitions and description here.
